The All Employee Meeting 2011 for Ericsson, Stockholm employees. Under the spherical roof of the Ericsson Globe Arena, boiling with energy after a rock concert-like introduction by September, the employees listen, not only to management but to many of their fellow colleagues.

This time also offering a unique experience; 5,200 people learning to line dance in three minutes – together.The custom-built round centre stage with four giant screens and additional LED-light to set the mood, provided the base for a close and personal experience for everyone present.
