Challenge

To create interest and buzz around a dog food specially designed for small canines. The target audience was the hard-to-reach urban in-crowd, who often own a dog as a status symbol. Think Paris Hilton…

Approach

We created two events, inviting celebrities and their dogs to a V.I.D. (Very Important Dog) evening, complete with a dog lounge, photo wall and dog SPA. We also designed and built a custom-made DogBar catering to the needs of both owners and pets.

Outcome

The more than 100 influential bloggers spread the word (and pictures) in their blogs, the design of the DogBar grabbed a lot of media attention and the sales of Royal Canin dog food got a well-deserved boost.
