We at STARK have had this approach since we started the company in 1991 and it is likely the reason why we have succeeded in leading the way for so many years.
This approach applies to everything we do, whether it be investments, recruitments, or the way we work. We ask ourselves if the time is right, if the added value is enough, etc. before we decide how to proceed.
Our three guiding principles – Commitment, Creativity and Tolerance – also play an important role in this. They affect how we interact with and relate to our colleagues, subcontractors and customers.
Most would agree that nothing beats genuinely committed people. We always work in project groups, often made up of STARK employees, freelancers and customers, in which all are more or less dependent on one another. Commitment is infectious – the results are always better and the collaborations long-term.
It’s clear that always trying to look at things with a different perspective, making slight adjustments, trying to find new and better solutions is demanding, but at the same time stimulating and rewarding. Most people’s interpretation of creativity would likely include content, design and communication solutions, but we think it is equally important to be creative in, for example, the production process. Is it possible to save time, work with others, find a cheaper alternative? We are always in search of new and better solutions.
One of the advantages of working with communication projects is to be able to work with so many different people and businesses. This can definitely put our patience to the test as everyone has different personalities, ambitions and agendas. We see this as positive, something we appreciate. Differences can create better ideas, solutions and consequently, better results for our customers.
Regardless of whether you are a future co-worker, subcontractor or customer, you now know how we think. (If you would like to know how we work in more detail, take a look at our site or come and see us!)
Sincerely,
Magnus Boldyn
